How long does it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins once we have received your payment.
How can I track my order?
Send us your email address and order number, and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.
Which delivery service is used for shipping?
We ship all orders with DHL.
When is shipping free of charge?
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €79.
Free shipping within Europe for orders over €350.
Free worldwide shipping€950.
Where can I find an overview of my orders?
Log into your customer account using your email address and password. There you will find a complete overview of your past orders.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Please fill out the form on the returns page.
The ornament I want to order is sold out.
No problem! Simply activate the restock alert for that product and we’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s available again.
Open the product page in our shop. On the right-hand side you’ll see the message “Unfortunately, this item is currently sold out.” Enter your email address below and click the button.
As soon as the item is back in stock, you’ll automatically receive an email from us.
I’m having a problem with my order. How can I get help quickly?

Every single ornament is crafted in our manufactory in Neustadt near Coburg using centuries-old techniques. Each piece is a unique handmade work of art – mouth-blown and hand-painted with experience, precision, and care. This is true craftsmanship.
Since 1987, we have marked every one of our originals with the Sternkrönchen® – your guarantee of a handmade quality product from Germany. Only the finest materials are used: crystal-clear glass, genuine sterling silver, and high-quality paints.

The best way to store your ornaments is in the high-quality packaging they come in. This protects them from light and dust – and the square boxes are easy and space-saving to store.
