1. Payment

The following payment methods are available for your purchase at weihnachtskugeln.com:

2. Shipping

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note the following:

• Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart once you enter your delivery address.
• Order processing begins once the payment has been received.
• All shipments receive a tracking number and are insured.
• Shipments returned to us as “undeliverable”, e.g., due to an incorrect address, can be resent upon payment of the additional shipping costs.
• For orders shipped outside the EU, all import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may occur when the shipment enters the destination country.
• If you refuse a shipment, we can refund the order value once it has been returned to us. However, any additional shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
